At the beginning of time, on a moonless night, 
the Goddess Terra, ("Of the Earth") dropped 
her seeds of life into carefully chosen nests. 
These seeds were germinated and nutured by 
the spiritual essence of the Earth. From such 
a nest has emerged the Goddess Primoria, 
her time has finally arrived.

Primoria is an 18" stump doll mounted on a 
wood base. Her cotton fabric body is defined 
with trapunto techniques for a tree like 
appearance. She has a flat face, softly 
defined with colored pencils. natural wool 
yarn hair graces her face. Found objects 
and hand dyed  and permanently stiffened 
cheesecloth shawl complete the look.
