She won a blue ribbon.

Doe skin and leopard fabric body
Handmade sandals and articulated hands
Felicity is costumed with leather hot pants, 
black vest machine-embroidered with gold 
metallic thread and lots of gold chains, 
charms and jewelry

She is getting ready for the Mardi Gras ball 
and wears her mask.
